Job Summary:
Renaissance Group: architecture • engineering • planning • interiors is looking for a professional, team-oriented individual to join the team as a Civil Engineering Associate. Our Civil Design department specializes in site design and subdivisions. We support our architectural department and have numerous projects of our own.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform site layout
- Site grading
- Storm water drainage analysis
- Erosion control
- Site utility designs
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- AutoCad Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Auto Cad Civil 3D or a graduating engineering student with the demonstrated ability to become proficient in Auto Cad Civil 3D with moderate supervision.
Office Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8am to 6pm
Friday: 8am to Noon
