Our civil engineering department is growing, and Clint Baker joining our civil engineering department as a civil engineer intern. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Baker brings practical TDOT experience and insight into construction management. His duties will include civil design on various site and subdivision projects, as well as NPDES permitting. We’re excited to have him!
