Renaissance Group is pleased to announce a strategic leadership transition designed to ensure continuity, foster innovation, and build on decades of success in architecture, engineering, planning, and interiors.

Both Sal and Mike have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s direction, upholding its core commitment to innovative architecture, exceptional client service, and collaborative practice. They will remain actively engaged with the firm, maintaining key client relationships and contributing their expertise to ongoing and future projects as Senior Principals.
Succeeding them, Barry Allmon, AIA, will assume the role of President. Joining him as Vice Presidents are Ron Colin, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, BDC, Michael Tushek, and Wesley Wooldridge, P.E..
The new partnership team brings a wealth of experience and proven collaboration. The leadership group includes three members with over 25 years each at the firm, complemented by one partner with two years of dedicated service. This team has successfully worked together on joint venture projects in the past and are enthusiastic about steering the firm in this exciting new direction.
“We are honored to continue the legacy built by Sal and Mike,” said Barry Allmon, President. “Our focus remains on delivering innovative, impactful architecture while strengthening the relationships that define our firm. With the guidance of our Senior Principals and the energy of our leadership team, we are well-positioned for continued growth and excellence.”
