Germantown Station

Where innovative design and a realistic budget blended for results.

The Scope

RGI was asked to design a new 18,335 SF mixed-use retail center to attract top notch retailers and customers with interesting design components.

Challenges & Resolutions

Shopping centers are typically pretty straightforward and cookie cutter because the focus is on cost with little to no regard for design. However, the client for Germantown Station, Gill Properties, wanted to attract reputable retailers and a strong clientele base to the property with RGI’s help despite very realistic budget parameters.

After listening to what Gill Properties valued and was trying to achieve, RGI was able to incorporate innovative design elements to attract retailers and customers, while also improving the client’s bottom line and ROI.
